Parkour is an activity that emphasizes moving from one point to another as quickly, efficiently and gracefully as possible, using only the human body. It’s meant to help one overcome obstacles of the environment. The world “turns into a jungle gym.” This group comes out to “free run” every Saturday. Each month they change locations; this month happens to be at UCLA. David LaVera, SDSU alumnus, is a stuntman in his spare time.
